When I was a kid, My father was overly protective of my
religious influences. The T.V. show Battlestar Galactica was
very new and popular with my schoolmates, so I tried to watch it.
My dad being the religiously-aware person that he was, found out
that the show’s producers were Mormons. So being the protective
type, my father deemed the show full of carefully hidden Mormon
programming intended to turn me into a Mormon. And that would be
willfully going against my parents' wishes and religious beliefs,
thereby breaking one of the Ten Commandments. And in disobeying
God, thusly worshipping Satan.
